Prestige

The term REALTOR® may only be used by licensed real estate brokers and salespeople who are members of a REALTORS® Association and pledge to honor a nationally recognized Code of Ethics.

Founded in 1968 and with over 360 members, membership in the Bartow Area Board of REALTORS® allows you to be part of an Association that takes pride in these standards.

Education

Membership provides you with twelve (12) hours of free Continuing Education classes each year through the Georgia Institute of Real Estate (GIRE) and access to many of the leading designations in the country.

Among these coveted Designations offered by GIRE, are the Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR). Professionalism

REALTORS® separate themselves by abiding by a Code of Ethics that was first adopted by the association in 1913. REALTORS® pledge to uphold these ethical and professional standards.
