Congratulations to the 2009 Professional Achievers Circle!

The Bartow Area Board of REALTORS® recognized the 2009 Professional Achievers Circle at a banquet on Friday, March 5th. The Banquet was held at the Cartersville Country Club. Everyone enjoyed a delicious dinner before the awards presentation began. PAC recipients were recognized, along with all of the special category awards. Congratulations to all of 2009's best!

The Bartow Area Board will be participating in an American Red Cross blood drive with Excel Christian Academy on March 23, 2010 from 8:30 am until 1:30 pm in the school's auditorium.     The Home Valuation Code of Conduct (HVCC) establishes standards for solicitation, selection, compensation, conflicts of interest and appraiser independence. It is effective May 1, 2009, for any mortgage that will be sold to Fannie Mae or Freddie Mac.
